Comfort food to the max! Easy to make and the Mexican corn bread mix adds just the right amount of spice!
Ingredients
- corn CASSEROLE shopping list
- Ingredients: shopping list
- 2 16 oz. Cans yellow creamed corn shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- ½ c. corn oil shopping list
- 1 6 oz. Pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix shopping list
- 1 med. Onion – chopped shopping list
- 1 sm. Can French fried onions shopping list
How to make it
- Directions:
- Mix eggs, oil and corn. Add cornbread mix and onion. Spray a 9 x 13” casserole dish with Pam. Bake casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Put french fried onions on top the last 10 minutes.
