Angel Food Ice Cream

This is from an old Pillsbury cookbook that is falling apart. I don't have the front cover and part of the pages are torn. So, I'm going to share these before the book is completely destroyed.
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 quart whipped cream shopping list
- 1 tsp almond extract shopping list
How to make it
- Beat the eggs very stiff and stir in the sugar, fold in the whipped cream and the flavoring extract. Line a mold with New York ice cream and fill the center with this mixture.
- Pack in salt and ice and let it stand three hours.
