Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together (with your hands of course!).
  • Form into even-sized balls.
  • Cook in a skillet on medium to medium-high heat or in a 350 oven on a sheet tray.
  • The cooking time will vary based on the size of meatballs you form (and your true oven temp. if you cook them in the oven). For a yield of 18 meatballs, my stovetop cooking time was about 9 minutes on medium-high.

I'm trying these right now. Instead of bread crumbs, I'm using some leftover rice and extra seasonings. Can't wait to try them!

Terrific! Another meatball to sneak a veggie into Mr. SuchAFuss' miserable diet. Thank you :)
