Beef Stroganoff

- 2 lbs beef tenderloin cut into strips(popping it in the freezer for a bit makes it easier to cut) shopping list
- 3 tbls butter shopping list
- 2 8 oz packages sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 2 onions ,sliced shopping list
- 1 can beef broth shopping list
- 2 tbls tomato paste shopping list
- 4 cloves of garlic ,minced shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 3 tbls flour shopping list
- 2 cups sour cream shopping list
- hot egg noodles shopping list
How to make it
- cut beef across grain into strips, about 2 inches long
- melt butter in skillet add mushrooms and sliced onions cook till tender remove from skillet
- add beef saute till browned
- saving1/2 cup beef broth,stir in remaining broth,tomato paste,garlic salt and pepper.Cover and simmer about 20 minutes
- blend remaining 1/2 cup of broth with flour,add to skillet with the onions and mushrooms.
- heat to a boiling stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute or till thickened
- serve over eggnoodles (YUM)

This is a great dish. I would make this more often, but my family dosn't like mushrooms.
