How to make it

  • cut beef across grain into strips, about 2 inches long
  • melt butter in skillet add mushrooms and sliced onions cook till tender remove from skillet
  • add beef saute till browned
  • saving1/2 cup beef broth,stir in remaining broth,tomato paste,garlic salt and pepper.Cover and simmer about 20 minutes
  • blend remaining 1/2 cup of broth with flour,add to skillet with the onions and mushrooms.
  • heat to a boiling stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute or till thickened
  • serve over eggnoodles (YUM)
