How to make it

  • Cook onion in oil until translucent
  • Add meat, broth, parsley sprinkle of nutmeg and a dash of worcestershire sauce.
  • Can add a can of peas and carrots as well
  • Heat through
  • Boil peeled potatoes until tender mash and add butter and splash of milk
  • Place meat in pie plate
  • Add the mashed potatoes
  • Sprinkle with small pieces of butter
  • Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 until browned

    This was fantastic. The entire family loved it and I did in fact add a can of peas and carrots. I had to double the recipe and it was devoured :(...No leftovers :(
