Taco Melts Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine taco seasoning mix, water, 1/2 c salsa and cooked ground meat
  • Cook until thickened
  • Press out the biscuits until 6 in round
  • Fill each with taco mixture and 1 T cheese
  • Fold and seal
  • Place on cookie sheet lined with foil
  • Bake 375 for 9-14 minutes
  • Serve with remaining salsa and sour cream
