Grilled Spiced Fish

- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 4 red snapper or orange roughy fillets (6 oz each) shopping list
- 2 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp white pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp each dried oregano, basil and thyme (I use more) shopping list
How to make it
- Spoon oil over fish. In a small bowl, combine seasonings; sprinkle over fish and press into both sides.
- Cover seasoned fish and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Using long-handled tongs, dip a paper towel in cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack.
- Grill fillets, covered, over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
