How to make it

  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Divide into 6-10 patties (depending on the amount of meat and burger size). Leave on a plate in the fridge for 1hr prior to cooking.
  • Brush with a little oil and fry in a medium-hot pan. Turn every minute for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve on a bun with lettuce, spicy mayo and a slice of beetroot.
