How to make it

  • Heat oven to 375 F. While oven is heating, chop vegetables and cook with Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and sugar in olive oil over medium high heat.
  • Cook biscuits according to directions on tube so they will be ready when the chicken dish is done.
  • Cut up chicken into 1" pieces and add to pan with vegetables. Cook until chicken is browned.
  • Add tomatoes and simmer, uncovered 5 minutes until chicken is done.
  • Serve over biscuits and sprinkle with parsley.
