Marlboro Wild Berry Buckle

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 TBS sugar shopping list
- 1/4 lb chilled butter, cubed shopping list
- 5 TBS cold soda water shopping list
- 5-6 cups berries (blueberries, respberries, gooseberries, etc.) shopping list
- 1/2-3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 TBS butter shopping list
- 2 TBS bourbon shopping list
How to make it
- Put flour and 1 1/2 TBS sugar in a food processor; add butter and process until mixture becomes crumbly. With processor running, slowly pour in soda water, mixing until mixture forms a ball.
- If mixing by hand, cut butter into flour and sugar; slowly add soda water, mixing with a fork.
- Press dough mixture into a 4" circle; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- On a pastry cloth, waxed paper, plastic wrap or floured surface, roll out to fit a 9" round or 11x7" baking dish allowing a 2" overhang. pour berries into crust; sprinkle sugar over fruit; dot with butter. Drizzle bourbon over fruit. Fold edges of crust over fruit, leaving center open. Sprinkle with aditional sugar, if desired.
- Bake in a 425 oven for 45 minutes. Serve at room temperature.
