Cauliflower Dipped And Fried

My teacher told me about this one day in cooking class. I just had to try it. I’ve also used this in a fondue, the egg gets a bit messy.. but that's what its all about! :) enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 head cauliflower shopping list
- seasoning shopping list
- butter and oil for shallow frying <more butter than oil> shopping list
- (oil is to prevent butter from burning) shopping list
How to make it
- Put the oil and butter in a pan, and heat up med high
- Beat eggs add seasoning
- Break up florets
- Dip the florets in the egg mixture
- Quickly put the florets in the heated pan and leave to fry for a few min till golden then turn over. Eat them warm!
