Apple Peach Crumble Loaf

This recipe is straight up southern! Peach, pecans, and molassas.... and who doesnt love a butter crumb topping? makes impresive muffins too!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 tsp molassas shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil or vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- a few pinches of fresh nut meg shopping list
- 1 cup peach apple sauce shopping list
- dry: shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup fine chopped pecans shopping list
- crumb topping: shopping list
- 1 stick of butterroom temp. shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- pinchof salt shopping list
- pinch of cinnimon shopping list
How to make it
- mix wet ingredients together in a bowl
- add dry ingredients and stir till mixed
- mix all ingredients for topping
- pour into a buttered loaf pan and add crumb topping on top
- bake at 350* till golden and springy in the middle
