How to make it

  • in small food processor combine peppers, chipoltle sauce. oil, water, paprika and ground pepper.....pulse till fine. fork the chiken and place in large freezer bag. Add marinade. .Allow to sit turning often for 2 hours.
  • Mix together mayo and chili sauce.
  • Grill chicken, set aside to rest covered
  • brush ciabatta with olive oil and grill till slightly brown
  • assemble sandwiches
  • chicken, havarti, red onion, avacado, tomato, baby spinach and sauce.
  • Enjoy
