How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to Gas Mark 6
  • 2. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
  • 3. In a different bowl mix sugar, eggs, milk, butter and vanilla essece.
  • 4. Mix flour ect. into the egg mixture, add chocolate chips.
  • 5. Divide mixture between 12 muffins cases and bake in the oven for 20 to 25 min until well risen and golden.
