Simply Kimchi Pork and Tofu

- 2 cups kimchi shopping list
- 5 small, thin breakfast-style pork chops shopping list
- 1 cup diced tofu shopping list
- 3 tbs butter shopping list
- 2 tbs sesame oil shopping list
- 1 cup vegetable broth shopping list
- kosher salt shopping list
How to make it
- Add kimchi, tofu and vegetable broth to a crock or stew pot.
- Add water if needed to just barely cover the kimchi.
- Set to medium (stove) or high (crock pot)
- In a pan, add butter and sesame oil. Turn burner to medium high.
- Lightly salt the pork chops and add them to to pan.
- Cook until brown on both sides.
- Cut the pork chops into bite-sized pieces and add them to the stew/crock pot.
- Simmer for a total of 1 hour
- Serve with rice
