How to make it

  • Add kimchi, tofu and vegetable broth to a crock or stew pot.
  • Add water if needed to just barely cover the kimchi.
  • Set to medium (stove) or high (crock pot)
  • In a pan, add butter and sesame oil. Turn burner to medium high.
  • Lightly salt the pork chops and add them to to pan.
  • Cook until brown on both sides.
  • Cut the pork chops into bite-sized pieces and add them to the stew/crock pot.
  • Simmer for a total of 1 hour
  • Serve with rice
