How to make it

  • Cookie Directions:
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, strawberry flavored drink mix, and sugar together. Then beat in the eggs and Sour Cream.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder together, then incorporate this mix into the other ingredients.
  • Refrigerate dough for about 3 hours to allow it to set up.
  • Make dough into 24 separate balls, and roll the balls in additional powdered strawberry drink mix.
  • Place the balls onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, and press the balls down with the bottom of a drinking glass to about ¼ inch thickness.
  • Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove cookies to a cooling rack, and allow them to completely cool before adding the frosting if desired. (Frosting Recipe Below)

What a great idea! I remember my older son asking for his 'Bunny Milk'!! I don't buy it anymore, but you never know...I just might get an urge for something sweet. I'm (diabetic). Got to be careful, so i usually use substitute sugar.
