White Chocolate And Cardamom Tart

- 9" tart shell shopping list
- 2 pieces or 1/4 oz or 6 g fine leaf gelatin shopping list
- cold water shopping list
- seeds of 8 cardamom pods shopping list
- 12oz white chocolate, chopped into small pieces shopping list
- generous 1 1/2 cups whipping cream shopping list
How to make it
- Soak the gelatin in a little cold water in a small heatproof bowl for 5 minutes.
- Heat a pan of water to simmering point.
- Crush the cardamom seeds until powdery and put in a large bowl with the chocolate.
- Place the bowl of gelatin over the pan of simmering water and stir until dissolved.
- At the same time, in a seperate pan, heat the cream until just boiling, then pour over the chocolate, using a whisk to stir the chocolate until it has melted.
- Add the gelatin and stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Let cool and pour into the tart shell, then let chill for at least 3 hours.
