Spiced Pumpkin Pie

- 2/3 cup packed golden brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8 tsp each, ground allspice & ground cloves shopping list
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups canned solid pack pumpkin shopping list
- 2 Tbsp light molasses shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1 purchased frozen 9-inch pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Place baking sheet in oven and preheat to 450 degrees.
- Whisk first 8 ingredients together in a large bowl to blend.
- Whisk in pumpkin, molasses, eggs, and cream.
- Pour mixture into frozen crust.
- Place pie on baking sheet in oven, bake 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake until sides puff and center is just set, about 40 minutes. Cool.
- (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
- Serve at room temperature.
