Baked Potato Skins

- 4 large baking potatoes, baked and scooped out shopping list
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddare cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional) shopping list
- 4 green onions, sliced or dried chives shopping list
- Bacos shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Once potatoes are baked, split, and the pulp is scooped out (put aside for another use).
- 2. Put the potato skins on a greased baking dish.
- 3. In a bowl mix together the salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper and then brush over both sides of the skins.
- 4. Bake at 475 degrees F for 7 minutes turn.
- 5. Bake until crisp, about 7 minutes more.
- 6. Sprinkle on baco bits and cheddar cheese inside skins.
- 7. Bake 2 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.
- 8. Top with sour cream and onions.
- 9. Serve.
