How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F/ 220 degrees c
  • 2. Combine in a shallow dish 1 cup mayonnaise, onion and mustard and mix together and set aside.
  • 3. In a separate dish combine the panko crumbs and sesame seeds.
  • 4. Dip the chicken in the mayonnaise mixture and then into the crumb mixture to coat.
  • 5. Place the coated strips in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until juices run clear.
  • 7. Mix 1 cup of mayonnaise and the honey together in a small bowl and serve with the chicken strips to dip.
