Chicken Strips

- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard shopping list
- 2 cups Panko crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds shopping list
- 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips or you can use the all ready prepped chicken strips shopping list
- Sauce shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F/ 220 degrees c
- 2. Combine in a shallow dish 1 cup mayonnaise, onion and mustard and mix together and set aside.
- 3. In a separate dish combine the panko crumbs and sesame seeds.
- 4. Dip the chicken in the mayonnaise mixture and then into the crumb mixture to coat.
- 5. Place the coated strips in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until juices run clear.
- 7. Mix 1 cup of mayonnaise and the honey together in a small bowl and serve with the chicken strips to dip.
