How to make it

  • 1. Slice the sausages and place in a large pan.
  • 2. When they are brown drain off any fat and put the sausages back in the pan.
  • 3. Add the rest of the ingredients and then bring to the boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer and leave for at least 1 hour or move if needed.
  • 4. Then serve on top of fresh pasta
