Low-fat Chipotle "mayo"

- 1 7oz. can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce shopping list
- 1 qt container of greek-style non-fat yogurt shopping list
- squeeze of lime juice shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Empty entire contents of chipotle peppers can into a food processor (I use a mini-version for this). Pulse until smooth, empty into a medium size bowl.
- Add yogurt and blend together. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
