- 1 cup Robin Hood Nutri flour (white whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup splenda shopping list
- 1/2 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cardamon shopping list
- 1 cup finely grated carrot firmly packed shopping list
- 1/4 cup skim milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup fat free sour cream shopping list
- 1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce shopping list
- 3 large egg whites shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 1/2 cup 95% fat free Philly cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup 95% fat free cool whip shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp splenda shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350*
- Spray 9x9 pan set aside
- Sift the 1st 9 ingredients mix well set aside.....To carots add milk...sour cream and applesauce mix well stir into dry ingredients mix well. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into batter. Pour into pan and bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely in pan.
- Meanwhile: beat cream cheese until soft add splenda and beat again...blend in the cool whip. Frost the entire cake...
- Makes 9 servings only 2 Weight Watcher points each
