How to make it

  • Preheat oven 350*
  • Spray 9x9 pan set aside
  • Sift the 1st 9 ingredients mix well set aside.....To carots add milk...sour cream and applesauce mix well stir into dry ingredients mix well. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into batter. Pour into pan and bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely in pan.
  • Meanwhile: beat cream cheese until soft add splenda and beat again...blend in the cool whip. Frost the entire cake...
  • Makes 9 servings only 2 Weight Watcher points each
