Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut pork steaks into small bite-size pieces. Slice onions to produce round rings 1/4 to 3/8-inch thick. Brown pork pieces in skillet. Add celery and onions, let cook 2-3 minutes. Add bouillon cube and 1 cup water.
  • Add sugar to taste; add soy sauce. Let cook for 2 minutes; stir and mix. Add cornstarch to thicken sauce; cook starch thoroughly. Mix meat and vegetables one last time to coat all surfaces.
  • Serve over noodles; noodles will absorb juices and be another flavor treat.
