How to make it

  • wash the lentils in a sieve add cold water to your pot i have a large pot so just adjust the ingredients to fit in yours. add the lentils to the cold pot of water and let them boil for about an hour. peel and grate the carrots and add them to the pot, let it cook gently. when the soup is nice and thick and cooked add the stock cubes, and salt and pepper to season.
