Poires Pound Cake

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 1 CUP butter shopping list
- 3 CUPS sugar (I use Splenda) shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 3 CUPS flour shopping list
- 1/4 TEASPOON baking soda shopping list
- PINCH OF salt shopping list
- 1 CUP sour cream shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON OF rum extract shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON orange extract shopping list
- 2 TEASPOONS OF lemon juicE shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2 Cup pear liqueur( Mathilde Poires liqueur is what I use) shopping list
How to make it
- Preparation:
- Cream butter and add sugar a little at a time beating well. Add eggs one at a time,mixing well after each addition. Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, beating well after each addition. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour batter in a well greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan or tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 inutes or until cake tests done.
