How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Take the peach and rinse it under water. DO NOT CUT OR PEEL THE PEACH!! then place the peach in the center of the pie crust on a non-stick cookie sheet. bring the crust up and around the peach as if you were placing it in a tee-pee. Close off the top. With all the excess on top just make it look nice and pretty. Then stick in the oven for 40-45min. When done cut down the middle and take out the pit. then lay the peach down with pie crust facing up. Now prepare the sauce.
  • Sauce:
  • melt one stick of butter in a small pot. then add powdered sugar and almond extract. Let this all mix together very well. When mixture is nice and hot but NOT boiling add the egg but stir or whisk quickly so it is blended in not cooked. This may sound complicated but easier than it looks. after it is all blended pour directly on the peach and serve.
  • IMPORTANT!!: The egg is the most important part. Don't add the egg if the mixture starts to boil. it will be too hot and part of you egg with turn white because it is getting cooked to quick and start to taste rubbery. Photos will be attached soon.
