Spicy Tomato And Lentil Soup

This is an incredibly simple but effective soup recipe that a friend back home in Australia introduced me to. It has an Asian flavor to it.
Ingredients
- 1 x 28 ounce can of tomatoes shopping list
- 1 x 14 ounce can of coconut milk (coconut milk is quite fatty so use the light stuff if you are health conscious like I am) shopping list
- 1 x 14 ounce can of lentils shopping list
- cayenne pepper to taste (I use a couple of tablespoons because I like it hot) shopping list
- chili powder to taste (about a table spoon) shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pot, add all the ingredients and heat. Avoid boiling as it affects the coconut milk.
