How to make it

  • Make the corn bread stuffiing mix according to the box directions
  • In a large skillet, cook mushrooms, celery, and the onion in margarine/butter until tender, add in the poultry seasoning cook for another 2 minutes
  • In a large bowl dissolve bouillion cubes/paste in the 1 2/3 cups of boiling water
  • After the bouillion is dissolved add in the sausage, corn bread stuffing, and the skillet mixture
  • Mix well
  • Loosely stuff the turkey just before roasting
  • Place the remaining stuffing (if there is any) in a greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot
