Eggnog Cream Puffs

- eggnog CREAM PUFFS shopping list
- 2 cups of water shopping list
- 1 Cup of butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 Cups of all purpose flour shopping list
- 8 eggs shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
- eggnog CREAM shopping list
- 1pkg of vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix shopping list
- 1 Cup of milk shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon of ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon of rum extract shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon of ground ginger shopping list
- 2 Cups of heavy whipping cream shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-Heat your oven to 400
- Heat the water and butter to a rolling boil in a 2 1/2 qt saucepan
- Stir in flour
- Stir vigorously over low heat for about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball
- Remove from heat
- Beat in eggs all at once
- Continue beating until smooth
- Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls about 3 inches apart on to ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until puffed and golden
- Cool away from draft
- Cut off tops of the puffs and pull out any soft dough
- fill puffs with eggnog cream and replace the tops
- sprinkle with powdered sugar
- Serve immediately and store in the fridge
