S'more Truffles

- 2 packages chocolate CANDIQUIK shopping list
- 1/3 C milk shopping list
- 1 package graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1 package marshmallows shopping list
How to make it
- Directions:
- Chop CANDIQUIK into small pieces with a knife.
- Heat 1/3 C milk in medium sized pan, over medium-low heat.
- Add chopped pieces of CANDIQUIK and stir constantly until melted.
- Pour CANDIQUIK mixture back into the tray it came packaged in; place in refrigerator.
- Once completely cooled and “fudge-like”, scoop out a tablespoon sized scoop and wrap around two small marshmallows (or 1/2 of a large marshmallow).
- Roll into a ball shape and place on wax paper.
- Melt additional package of Chocolate CANDIQUIK according to directions on package.
- Dip truffle completely in CANDIQUIK (using a fork) and place on wax paper; sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs before chocolate is set.
- (Tip: if truffles become too soft or are not holding their shape while being dipped, place back in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes)
