How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350. In casserole dish put rice and stir in both cans of soup. Add onions, mushroom, bell pepper, shrimp, salt and pepper. Bake covered at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
  • Optional: Take out and garnish with parsley sprigs.
