Shrimp Casserole

- 1 cup cooked white rice shopping list
- 1 small onion chopped fine shopping list
- 1 bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 can sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 lb boiled shrimp, peeled (boil until just pink) shopping list
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- a few parsley sprigs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. In casserole dish put rice and stir in both cans of soup. Add onions, mushroom, bell pepper, shrimp, salt and pepper. Bake covered at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
- Optional: Take out and garnish with parsley sprigs.
