Crock Pot Vegetarian Lasagna

- 2 lbs canned or jarred tomato sauce of choice shopping list
- 12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 16 oz cottage cheese (ricotta cheese can also be used, but will be creamier) shopping list
- 12 oz lasagna noodles shopping list
- 1/2 cup canned mushrooms shopping list
How to make it
- Layer into crock pot-
- 1/4 of the sauce
- 1/3 of the noodles
- 1/3 of the cottage cheese
- 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese
- Repeat 2X, placing any remaining sauce on top.
- Low 4-5 hours or High 2 hours.
- Note: To make it nonvegetarian, precook one pound ground beef and add it to the layers between sauce and noodles.
