How to make it

  • Cook bacon until crisp.
  • Drain and reserve.
  • Keep one tbsp of bacon fat in pan. Add oil.
  • Add onion and cook two minutes.
  • Add bok choy and saute over high heat.
  • Add garlic and seasoning, toss to coat.
  • Reduce heat.
  • Cover and cook five minutes.
  • Top with reserved bacon.
