Sauteed Baby Bok Choy

- Four slices of chopped bacon shopping list
- 2 lbs. of bok choy, washed and trimmed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of oil shopping list
- 1 large clove of garlic minced shopping list
- 1/2 of a red onion slivered shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes shopping list
- large pinch of sea salt shopping list
How to make it
- Cook bacon until crisp.
- Drain and reserve.
- Keep one tbsp of bacon fat in pan. Add oil.
- Add onion and cook two minutes.
- Add bok choy and saute over high heat.
- Add garlic and seasoning, toss to coat.
- Reduce heat.
- Cover and cook five minutes.
- Top with reserved bacon.
