Roasted Vegetables

- 1/2 c red bell pepper, cut into strips shopping list
- 1/2 c yellow bell pepper, cut into strips shopping list
- 1/2 c onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 T no-salt-added vegetable or chicken broth shopping list
- 1 T flaxseed or olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to broil
- Place veggies in a baking dish
- Brush and blend with broth and oil
- Broil for about 10 minutes, turn veggies about half way through.
