How to make it

  • 1. Cut onions into 1/2 in slices separate into rings.
  • 2. In a bowl beat the egg whites until foamy.
  • 3. In another bowl put the breadcrumbs, thyme, salt, paprika, pepper.
  • 4. Then dip the onions into in the egg whites and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
  • 5. Then place on baking tray which has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 6. And place in fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • 7. Then put in a preheated oven 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
