- 1 lb. Hamberger shopping list
- 1 med. onion (diced) shopping list
- 1/3 of a green pepper (diced) shopping list
- 1 tomato(diced) shopping list
- 1/4 cup green olives (sliced) shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 cup raisins shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cumin shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground chilli pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In a large skillet cook and drain beef
- 2. Add all veggies and cook for 5 minutes
- 3. Add water, raisins,spices and green olives
- 4. Cook on low heat until water has evaporated and raisins are plump
- Serve over rice or something
