Sausage Barley Soup

- 1 leftover 4 portion size of italian sausage Ragu shopping list
- to which I added shopping list
- 2 (14 ounce) cans of vegetable broth shopping list
- 3 carrots peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup uncooked pearl barley shopping list
- 1/2 packet of frozen chopped spinach shopping list
How to make it
- 1. I put my leftovers of Italian Sausage Ragu in a large pan and to that I added the carrots. and the pearl barley and stock.
- 2. Let it come to a boil and then simmer for about 20-30 minutes until the carrots are done.
- 3. Add the spinach and stir and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
- 4. Then serve and top with your favorite topping. (I used roasted parsnip slices)
