Healthy Turkey Caesar Salad

- Salad: shopping list
- 1 large head of romaine lettuce, torn shopping list
- 2 cups chopped, cooked, leftover turkey shopping list
- 1 cup fat-free or low fat croutons shopping list
- ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt, drained shopping list
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp anchovy paste (optional) shopping list
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, crushed shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place torn Romaine lettuce in a big serving bowl
- Top with chicken, croutons and sprinkle with cheese
- Whisk dressing ingredients together and drizzle over salad
- Gently toss until combined
- Add freshly ground black pepper to taste
