Five Minute Strawberry Ice Cream

A fast way to make delicious ice cream without compromising quality. You can use any frozen fruit in place of the strawberries. Nutritional Information Per serving: Calories: 258 Total Fat: 14.8g Cholesterol: 54mg
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries ( or other fruit) shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Combine the frozen strawberries and sugar in a food processor or blender. Process until the fruit is roughly chopped. With the processor running, slowly pour in the heavy cream until fully incorporated. Serve immediately, or freeze for up to one week.
