How to make it

  • 1. In saucepan combine potatoes, parsnips, rutabagas and onion and 2 tablespoons salt add water to cover.
  • 2. Bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce toa simmer for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
  • 3. Drain well
  • 4. Add remaining salt, cream cheese, butter and pepper and mash together.
