How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 2. In a large skillet cook the sausage and onions over the medium heat, stirring and breaking up the lumps until evenly browned.
  • 3. Add the celery, sage, rosemary, thyme cook stirring for 2 minutes to blend flavors
  • 4. Pour the sausage mixture over bread in bowl. Mix in the chopped merliton, dried cranberries, parsley.
  • 5. Drizzle with the stock and melted butter and mix lightly.
  • 6. Pour into a greased baking dish.
