- topping;1/3C brown sugar shopping list
- 2T butter shopping list
- 1/4C chopped pecans shopping list
- Batter;3/4C wh. wh. flour shopping list
- 3/4C white flour shopping list
- 1C oats shopping list
- 1/4 C brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2t salt shopping list
- 1 1/2t orange peel shopping list
- 1/2C melted butter (I use 2/3 of this olive oil,no flavour diff.) shopping list
- 2/3C milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1t cinnamon shopping list
- 2/3C craisins shopping list
- 1 apple small cube shopping list
- (easily change fruit,dry fruit,nuts to suit your taste,psylium fibre added to any flour baking at 5%/weight will make your baking lighter and fluffier) shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven,350 F
- combine topping,set aside
- combine dry ingredients,mix thoroughly
- combine wet,mix
- mix wet and dry,stir just until mixed
- fold in fruit
- spread batter into 9 in circle,carefully spread on topping,cut into 8 wedges.bake for 25 min or golden brown
- remove from oven,recut wedges,serve warm
- (it takes very little to develope this with your favorites)
