Lemon Drop Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven 350 and grease cookie sheet. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and lemon juice. Mix togehter the sifted flour, baking powder, salt and lemon drops. Add to creamed mixture. Drop by 1/2 teaspoonfuls onto pan. Bake about 10 minutes, until sides begin to brown. Cool slightly and remove from pan.
