Its a cheap and very east mcdonalds substitute, but much much tastier. (try this a few times cause when you get the timing right it will make you wanna wake up after a night out with a hangover)
Ingredients
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 muffin shopping list
- bacon shopping list
- sausage shopping list
- cheese slice (1) shopping list
- tomatoes shopping list
- 1 toaster waffle shopping list
How to make it
- grill 2 cherry or one regular tomato
- fry one piece of bacon till very crispy
- fry one sausage
- toast muffin
- fry on egg for about 1 and a half mins (make sure its still very runny)
- toast the waffle
- take the waffle and crumble it in your hands until the consistency of breadbrumbs (i find some waffles dont want to crumble, so i dice up with a knife and then crumble up with a wooden spoon, it works wonders)
- toast the muffin
- while the egg is still in the pan add crumbles bacon on top
- finally add the eggy bacon-ness to the muffin (the egg should be over-easy no runny white, but the yolk whould be runny)
- now add the sausage
- now add the tomatoes
- add the waffle crumbs
- then top with a humble cheese slice (if you want microwave for 15 secs to melt the cheese)
- ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! enjoy people :) xxx
