How to make it

  • Heat a saute pan over medium heat, add the oil and butter. When the butter has melted, add the vegetables along with some salt, pepper and the thyme. Saute until tender, adding a little chicken broth if desired. When vegetables are done to your liking, remove from heat and add parsley. Toss well.
