Country French Vegetables

- Depending on how many you are serving: shopping list
- Frozen petite peas (frozen) shopping list
- Sliced peeled carrot (slice thinly on the bias) shopping list
- Sliced celery shopping list
- extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- Same amount of unsalted butter shopping list
- Dried thyme shopping list
- Salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- chicken broth, optional shopping list
- Freshly chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Heat a saute pan over medium heat, add the oil and butter. When the butter has melted, add the vegetables along with some salt, pepper and the thyme. Saute until tender, adding a little chicken broth if desired. When vegetables are done to your liking, remove from heat and add parsley. Toss well.
