Hamburger Meatballs With Gravy

- 2 lbs. hamburger shopping list
- 2 tsp. salt shopping list
- Dash of pepper shopping list
- 3 slices of bread shopping list
- 1/4 c. water shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients well. Make into balls (any size). Brown in small amount of fat. Put in baking dish in 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
- GRAVY FOR MEATBALLS:
- Drippings from hamburger
- 2 heaping tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Brown slightly 2 heaping tablespoons of flour in drippings, where hamburger was fried. Add milk, salt and pepper. Cook until thick. Pour over meatballs. Serve with homemade biscuits.
