How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients well. Make into balls (any size). Brown in small amount of fat. Put in baking dish in 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
  • GRAVY FOR MEATBALLS:
  • Drippings from hamburger
  • 2 heaping tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Brown slightly 2 heaping tablespoons of flour in drippings, where hamburger was fried. Add milk, salt and pepper. Cook until thick. Pour over meatballs. Serve with homemade biscuits.
