Roasted Russets

- 1 pound russets (approximately 3 large potatoes) shopping list
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon adobo seasoned salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Scrub potatoes well under running water and slice the long way (without peeling). Place on a baking sheet large enough to accommodate all the slices without overlapping. Drizzle with olive oil and turn to coat well.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then turn slices over with a spatula and return to oven for 15 more minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix seasonings/spices. Remove potato slices from oven and sprinkle evenly with about half the mixture, then turn over and sprinkle with the rest.
- Return tray to oven and bake 20 more minutes, or until potato slices are brown and crispy.

Made this last night and indeed it has very nice visual appeal and they taste great. Easy enough too. Will totally make this again....often!
