How to make it
- In a hot skillet, brown both side of the pork chops in butter. Adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour orange juice over the chops.
- Cover and simmer for about an hour, or until done. (The times will vary with the thickness of the chops. It MAY be necessary to and more OJ.)
- During the last few minutes of cooking, add the 2 Tbs of orange marmalade.
