How to make it

  • In a hot skillet, brown both side of the pork chops in butter. Adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour orange juice over the chops.
  • Cover and simmer for about an hour, or until done. (The times will vary with the thickness of the chops. It MAY be necessary to and more OJ.)
  • During the last few minutes of cooking, add the 2 Tbs of orange marmalade.
