How to make it

  • Combine the melted butter or margarine, confectioners' sugar, peanut butter and the vanilla together and mix well.
  • Roll into 1 to 1-1/2 inch balls and place on waxed paper.
  • Shape each into mice and insert ears and tail.
  • if desired you can add mini choc chips in so flat side is out for eyes and so pointed side is out for nose. But they are wonderful without.
